Best service ever. I bought my car there and they gave me an awesome buying experience. Now i take it there for repair and i couldn't be happier!!
They are generally very fair with their pricing. However, I have had several small issues with a lack of communication. They have also not performed tasks that were requested and told us service was not needed when it was.
We now know why they would not guarantee a vehicle purchased from them for even 30 days. Went to get the vehicle inspected, guess what? The truck didn't pass inspection NH State Inspection. Took two weeks for them to even set an appointment up with us, and we still need to wait another week for the appointment. The wife then stated that other shops just attempt to get shop time and there is probably nothing really wrong with the vehicle. My thinking is why would another shop state that there are issues with a vehicle KNOWING they are NOT getting the repair work because we will bring it back to where we purchased the vehicle? My thoughts are, I I hope they redeem themselves with some excellent service work, an apology in writing for the disrespect that the wife showed, and something to make up for the inconvenience. They can 't bash others shops, when they are selling vehicles that do not pass inspection like they state they will. But, the only way to try to cover up their mistakes, bash another shop.
