Lazy Frog Campground is the best! We went there for the first time this year and it was amazing. My daughter had an absolute blast. She loved the frog pond and all the planned activities. The owners are very friendly and you can tell they love what they are doing! We loved it so much we booked a weekend during the fall and enjoyed every minute of it! We will definitely be visiting again next season.
My husband and I cant say enough!! We love Lazy Frog!! I think that what Peggy and John are creating here is a home away from home. We love how clean the campground is. Love to see the kids having so much fun. Everyone has become a family. There are so many fun activities your never bored. I can hardly wait for May to get here!!!
We have been camping here for 1 year, and never thought we would want to be seasonal campers, and now we can not imagine ever leaving. The campground has become our second home and the campers are family. The owners have made incredible improvements and share their vision for the future with enthusiasm and passion. It is impossible to not feel the positive energy as you roll into the campground. Being part of this community gave our family the best summer ever, through fun and games, swimming, ATVing, and making new, lifelong friendships!
Lazy frog campground is amazing! My family has been camping here for the past 18 years we have seen 3 owners all lovely! Most recently John and Peggy Welch have transformed our beloved campground into the most special home away from home!! It is clean, well organized and loved by all! They have brought new energy and insight that has been greatly welcomed and appreciated! I began camping here when I was 20 years old with my parents now as a mom of 3 young children I can't imagine a more wonderful experience for my family!! We look forward to each weekend and count down the days till we see our camp family!!!
My family has been camping for as long as I can remember. After I got married and had a family we continued camping. We have camped all over from rustic state parks to high end campgrounds with every amenity you can imagine. We found this campground online and after speaking with the owners who were both willing and able to accommodate our needs for a large site with trees we spent our first seasonal summer here. Absolutely love it and are coming back next year! There is something for everyone! The facilities are always clean, the activities rival campgrounds twice this size, there is quad trail access, the pool is crystal clear, but what makes this place truly great are the on-site owners. Peggy and John truly care that you have a good time and have everything you need while your there. The other campers are also welcoming whether you're off the road or have been here for years. Lazy Frog is the kind of place where you make those lasting memories and where the kids can catch polliwogs ,make s'mores, play games at a carnival or learn to be a pirate! You can camp anywhere, but if you want to make lifetime family memories this is the place to do it!
